Each session draws on myths and stories from Indian culture and classical yoga philosophy, used as a lens to explore human experience, ethics, and inner life.
The stories are shared not as belief systems, but as teaching tools — offering insight, perspective, and questions that feel relevant to modern life. We finish with a guided meditation inspired by the theme of the story, allowing time to settle, reflect, and integrate.
Open to all. No prior experience with meditation or yoga philosophy required.
